Rhona will be truly missed.
I became acquainted with Rhona as a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and would eventually be the presiding officer who would present her with the pin recognizing her 35-year membership. As that now creeps closer to 40 years, we will miss her presence but her joy and shared blessings will be held close to our hearts.
We will remember a wonderful, kind, and generous person.
Our sincerest condolences to her family. Peace be with you.
