Obituary of Norman Perry

PERRY, Norman Alexander - Peacefully on January 26, 2026 at the age of 94 years surrounded by his loving daughters Marjorie, Cynthia, Cheryl, and Donna.

Beloved husband of the late Helen (née Rafuse). Predeceased by daughter Heather Marie and parents Frederick and Marjorie.

Norman will be missed by his daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews, and friends.

Norman served in the Royal Canadian Navy from August 1950 to June 1968. He joined Health Canada (formerly Health and Welfare Canada) in June 1968 where he remained until he retired in April 1993.

Family and friends are invited to gather in Cole Funeral Services at Pinecrest Cemetery, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa, (613) 831-7122, on Saturday, May 23, 2026, after 12 noon. A Memorial Service will be celebrated in the Chapel on Saturday at 1 pm.
