Our hearts are heavy with grief and all of the unexpressed love we will carry for Vilma always. We are so thankful for the time we got to spend together and the cherished memories that has left us with. There would never have been enough.
Sorry is not enough express our sadness for this great loss for everyone that knew her and loved her. We send our deepest condolences to Matthew, Daniel, Anthony, Andre and Silvano. You have our love and our hope that the years of wonderful memories made with your mom, your wife, your sister, bring you solace in the days ahead.

I worked with Vilma at the City. She would always talk proudly about her sons. She would help everyone in the office with no hesitation. She was such a beautiful person, inside and out.

I only recently heard of Vilma’s passing and am deeply saddened. Although now long retired, I remember fondly the years we worked together in what was then known as the Homes for the Aged Department. Vilma was a pleasure to work with, talented, kind, hardworking and always made my job so much easier. My sincere condolences to Andre, their boys, family and friends.

Dear Andre, Matthew, Daniel, Anthony and Silvano - my sincere condolences on the loss of Vilma, dear wife, mother, sister and friend. I have many fond memories of get togethers with Vilma, and most of them revolved around food and craft shows with a lot of fun and laughter. She was so proud of her family and spoke very fondly about you. Taken far too soon - she put up a valiant fight but unfortunately that dreadful disease won in the end. Rest in Peace, “Missus Vilma” - gone but definitely not forgotten!

I remember meeting Vilma in Grade 2 and became good friends. School would not of been the same without her. She was a remarkable person and will be missed. My deepest sympathy to her family.
