Obituary of Cora MacMillan

Cora MacMillan ended her journey on June 6, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in 1924, she would have celebrated her 102nd birthday this September. Throughout her long and remarkable life, Cora touched the hearts of many—young and old alike—with her warmth, wisdom, kindness, and unwavering presence.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Dawn Firestone, and son-in-law, Bruce Firestone; her grandchildren Andrew (Goderic and Cederic), Rachel (Patrick; Grace and Alexander), Miriam (Jeremy; Leighton and Kora), Matthew, and Jessica (Michael); as well as extended family, friends, neighbours, and all whose lives were enriched by knowing her.
