Obituary of Janak Bhaichand Shah

Passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025 in Ottawa at age 73. Beloved husband of Hema. Dear father of Neel and Soha. Son of the late Bhaichand and late Manglaben Shah. Dear brother of Jyoti (late Rameshchandra) of Mandvi, Rekha (late Pradip) of Florida, Sheila (Bharat) of Richmond Hill, and Bina (Dilip) of Etobicoke. 

Janak was a chartered accountant and longtime public servant serving in leadership roles at Consulting and Audit Canada and the Audit Services Division. Over the years, he also volunteered with the Gujarati Cultural Association and Vidhya Kunj Gujarati School.

Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, April 15th, at 10 AM, at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa, to be followed by cremation.
