Obituary of Mya Aye Pata

Mya passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 25. A beloved sister, daughter, and friend, Mya will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a bright soul and a shining light in our family—always kind, compassionate, and full of warmth. Her passion for working with children and her ability to make others feel seen and loved were just a few of the many gifts she shared with the world.

Though we are heartbroken by her loss, let us honor Mya’s memory by living with the same joy, kindness, and enthusiasm she brought to each day. Let’s laugh, share stories, and hold close the beautiful memories we have of her.

Mya, thank you for the joy and love you brought into our lives. We love you deeply, and we will carry your spirit with us always.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025 in the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery.
