Obituary of Luise (Liesel) Mendroch

Liesel passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 4, 205 at Ravines Retirement Residence, Ottawa, at the age of 95.

Liesel was born in Oppenau, Germany, then came to Canada as a young woman and met her beloved husband Erich.  They were to have celebrated their 70^th wedding anniversary this year.  They had two children, Barbara (Tom) and Romana (David), and subsequently four grandchildren, Mark(Amanda), Stephan(Reanda), Brandon(Nina) and Cameron(Rachel).  She will be so greatly missed by us all - including her seven great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff at Ravines for their care and support

 A private service will take place at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to MS Canada in Liesel’s memory.
