Obituary of Ann Renaud

Ann Elizabeth Renaud (née Dunlop)

May 27,1942 to July 4, 2025.

Passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, July 4, 2025, at the age of 83 years. 

Beloved wife of the late Marcel. Loving mother of Lynn, Michelle, Robert (Cathy) and Chantal (Charmaine), Cherished grandmother of Nick, Katie, Scott and Casandra. Great-grandmother of Laura.

Predeceased by her parents, John Dunlop and Marguerite Dunlop (née Purdy), her siblings Mary Woodard (née Dunlop) and Paul Dunlop.  

Ann's generosity with the people she knew and loved remained a constant throughout her life. Her home was always open to those who needed it. She enjoyed spending time with her family and socializing with her many friends. An animal lover her whole life she cherished her many pets both adopted and stray with all of her heart.  Ann's great sense of humor and bubbly personality was combined with her compassion as she donated religiously to her favorite charities.

Ann will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St Martin de Porres Church, 3891 Old Richmond Road, Ottawa, on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 11 am.   Inurnment Pinecrest Cemetery.
