To the Meikle Family,
First of all we would like to extend our deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of your beloved mom, wife and grandmother Lorraine. For us she was our special aunt that we spent so much time with growing up. Sharing dinners, holidays and other occasions in our joined family events left us all with fond memories. Whether that was in Verdun in our early years, in Ville La Salle, at the cottage or later in DDO and as we got older in Saint-Lazare. For me (Richard) I was lucky enough to spend the most time with her as Bob and I were hanging out and on many of our adventures.
Auntie Lorraine was definitely a strong and dynamic woman and I recall her having some important managerial positions. She represented strength and confidence so it was easy to listen to her guidance.
Even in the saddest moments we can still celebrate her life and accomplishments. If you’re raising a glass please raise one for us in honor of our dear aunt.
