Obituary of Mai-Huong Nghiem

September 30, 1972 – July 13, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mai Nghiem on July 13, 2025, at the age of 52.

She was born in Vietnam and later moved to Ottawa, where she built a beautiful life surrounded by the family she loved so deeply. A devoted wife and mother, she was the heart of her home, caring, strong, and full of warmth. She loved traveling with her family, playing tennis and golf, shopping, and spending quality time with those closest to her. Her greatest joy came from being with her children and creating lasting memories together. She was endlessly supportive and always put her loved ones first.

Mai is lovingly remembered by her husband Hsing, her children Jason and Miranda, her father Luan Nghiem, and her mother Lan Luong.

A funeral service will take place at Pinecrest Cemetery (Cole Funeral Services) on Saturday, July 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

May she find eternal peace in the higher planes of heaven, where she watches over us with love, grace, and the gentle strength of an angel guardian.
