He aspired to be a veterinarian at a young age. Instead as a young teenager with $11 in his pocket he came across the Atlantic Ocean to Canada to start his life. With many jobs working in the restaurant business, this is where he met his wife Barbara. They quickly started a family together. He eventually became an amazing chef known for his delicious food. He brought many traditions from Italy to Canada, from the amazing food to making wine and many more. Many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren you will be forever missed and always in our hearts.
May you rest in peace forever with the love of your life, a true love story until the end. A special thanks to the Almonte Hospital staff for the wonderful care given to Carmine for the past few months. And especially thank you to the Queensway Carleton Hospital staff for the wonderful care given to Carmine for the past month.
