To Dave, Matt, Katrina, Josh, and extended family. I was so sad to hear of Maureen’s illness and passing. She was just an all around wonderful person who I had the privilege to share a classroom with. Always professional, gentle, rational and ALWAYS saw the humour in situations that might have some panicking. I loved working alongside Maureen. Maureen cherished her family and not a day went by that she didn’t mention you. She was blessed with so much love and friendship from everyone who was lucky enough to know her. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace Maureen, there’s a special place in heaven for you. God bless.

My sympathies and prayers to Dave and the family. I worked with Maureen at St. George's Catholic School for several years and I always felt how fortunate the school was to have Maureen on staff. She was loved by students, staff, parents and administration. I will never forget our time together and what a wonderful caring person Maureen was.

Maureen had a big heart and smile that would brighten anyone’s day!
She always saw the good in everyone and every situation. I worked with Maureen for many years at St.Georges. We shared many adventures, challenges and laughter.
Maureen had incredible insight and advice when dealing with parents and children. The students that she touched were blessed by her compassion, understanding and guidance. She helped them cope, succeed and enjoy learning. Maureen ran Homework Club, Games Room, Walking Club and many more activities ensuring every child belonged and had a place to fit in …..she also made sure they had a snack, comfort food.
I was blessed to have her as a partner and friend.
She will be missed dearly but always remembered with love.
