Obituary of Ronald Anderchuk

ANDERCHUK, Ronald – It is with great sadness that the family announce his passing on Wednesday,  September 10, 2025 at the age of 84. He passed peacefully at home.

Beloved husband of Janet Gay (née Kennard).  Loving father of Lance (Louise) and Thayne (Magda).  Cherished grandfather of Bee, Erin and Ethan

Predeceased by his parents Anthony (Tony) Anderchuk and Rose (née Komenda), and by his sister, Barbara Rudman

Born in Thunder Bay, Ron excelled at Lakehead University before becoming a teacher and then having a long career as a public servant with Transport Canada and Nav Canada.  Ron lived with passion to help people and always put family first.  Ron will be deeply missed by his family and friends, all of whom he always had well intended thoughts to share with them. He will always be in his family’s memories. The family wants to thank all for their support and condolences.
