Obituary of Elisa Maria Finocchio

Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 89 years old.

Daughter of the late Antonio and Assunta Ricciuti. Beloved wife of the late Taddeo Finocchio (2007). Loving mother of Dino (Patrice Abott), Silvana and Claudio (Debbie). Cherished Nonna to Christina Leahy (David), Alexandra Jobson (Cole), Cassandra Mackenzie (Matt), Nicholas Finocchio (Alexandra), Callum Abbot, Quin Finocchio. Loving Bis-Nonna to Chloe, Abigail, William, Theodore Leahy; Ellinore and Tanner Jobson; Grayson and Hailey Mackenzie. Sister to Venturina Mancini (Late Giuseppe)l; Special sister and best friend Amina Marroncelli (Nicola); Pasquale Ricciuti (Suzanne Robinson). Special cousin Guilio and Antonietta Ricciuti. Predeceased by her brother Gabriele Ricciuti and brother-in-law Doroteo Luciani. Survived by many cousin, nieces and nephews in Canada, Italy and USA.

Mom appreciated all the staff at Park Place Senior Suites. Thank you to the nurses on A4, they provided care for Elisa.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road. Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Entombment to follow.
