Obituary of Charlotte Alice Harrison

Surrounded by her family, Greta passed away peacefully in her 90th year at her resident home. Greta shared a beautiful life with her loving husband Ken by her side for almost 67 years. Her warm smile, kind heart, and sweet soul will be forever missed by her adoring daughters Heather (Cameron McGregor) and Brenda (John Odam). The most precious Nana to Ashlee (Jamie Ferguson) Cameron and Bradley and cherished Great Nana to Hudson, Charlotte and recently born Addison. The world has lost a kind heart who brought joy, love and support to all the lives she touched. Family was everything to Greta and she spent her life nurturing her loved ones every day. She leaves her sister Dorothy (Oscar Godard), Marie (Alton Kinnear) and brother David (Kim) and so many nieces and nephews who adored Aunt Greta. Predeceased by her loving parents Lorne and Helen Irven, infant brother Dalton, brothers Harold (Betty) John (Margey) Donnie (Marlene) and sister Lorna (Bob Lobb). Special thanks to all the staff at Wildpine Residence for their never ending compassion, unwavering support and commitment that got Greta and her family through trying times. We will be forever grateful. A private family service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel. Inurnment to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery. It is our hope to have a Celebration of Life when it is possible for all of us to be together to share our beautiful memories of a life well lived.
