Obituary of Laura Anne Fodey

Our family is so very saddened to announce the sudden passing, May 21st, of our daughter , Laura in her 29th year with her forever love Kato by her side. After a long struggle with diabetes and grieving the recent loss of her identical twin sister Amy, our Lord has reunited them together again, for reasons we will never understand. Laura is the very much loved daughter of Greg and Faith and dear little sister to Jeffrey(Adila) Fodey. Laura will also be dearly missed by her Grandfather Grant McLaren and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. We take some comfort knowing Laura’s sister and best friend was at the gates of heaven to receive her twin. Gramma Marilyn McLaren , Grandpa and Gramma John and Francis Fodey along with Aunt Debbie McLaren will now wrap their loving wings around them both. Laura was strong willed, determined and a caring person who often rooted for the underdog. Laura’s truest forever love was her best friend and soul mate Kato, a kind loving dog, who is lost right now with out her. Laura, we will never understand why our Lord called for you so soon. We pray you are in a place of peace and tranquility. That all your struggles with your health are no more. Our hearts are so very broken now that you are no longer with us. We now have twin angels watching over us and look for you both to guide us through our aching sorrow. We love you and miss you so very much ....
