Obituary of Anenita "Anita" Moncion Malzer

Notre famille a le regret de vous annoncer le décès de Mme Anenita (Anita) Marie Moncion Malzer, décédée le 24 juin 2021, à l’âge de 93 ans.

 

Elle était la conjointe de feu Alex Morris et la fille de feu Henri Moncion et de feu Valéda Guimond. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses fils André (Assunta Cicchini), Claude (Suzy Brunet), Pierre (Sandy Delage), Paul (Sheila Chu), et sa fille Louise (Tony Tuylu), huit petits-enfants et dix arrière-petits-enfants. Elle laisse également dans le deuil des belles-sœurs et des beaux-frères, au Canada et en Angleterre ainsi que plusieurs nièces et neveux, cousins et cousines. « Je les ai tous aimés » disait-elle.

 

Il y aura une cérémonie dans l’intimité familiale à la maison funéraire Cole, à Ottawa. Vos marques de sympathie peuvent se traduire par un don à la Fondation Mathieu Froment-Savoie. L’inhumation de ses cendres suivra au cimetière Pinecrest, à Ottawa. L’urne d’Anita sera placée dans une niche au mausolée du cimetière Pinecrest, à Ottawa.

It is with regret that we announce the passing of Mrs. Anenita (Anita) Marie Moncion Malzer on June 24, 2021, at the age of 93.

 

She was the spouse of the late Alex Morris and the daughter of the late Henri Moncion and the late Valéda Guimond. She leaves behind her sons André (Assunta Cicchini), Claude (Suzy Brunet), Pierre (Sandy Delage), Paul (Sheila Chu) and her daughter Louise (Tony Tuylu): eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She also leaves behind many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and cousins. ‘’I loved them all’’ she would say.

 

A private funeral service will be held at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel in Ottawa. Should you wish to do so, a donation to the Mathieu Froment-Savoie Foundation would be appreciated. The interment of her ashes will follow the service at the Pinecrest Cemetery in Ottawa. Our mother’s urn will be placed in a niche at the Pinecrest Cemetery’s mausoleum.
