We are very sad to hear of Don's passing. He was a great guy. You couldn't ask for a better neighbour. Don always had time to tell a joke or a funny story. We enjoyed having a laugh together. Big hugs to Heather and the boys. Don will be greatly missed. Sheila McLuskey and Jim MacKay

Don was head of Revenue Canada Taxation Systems when I worked there years ago. It's amazing how one good man can influence a whole organization for the better. Please accept my sympathies for his loss.

I'm a former RCT employee too. New to HQ in 1980, I worked under Don's leadership for several years. It was the first time I had been shown so much respect for my work and dedication, and the patience to achieve a good result with minimal resources. Don was a bright light among the many managers I worked with during my career and his use of humour helped so often to get the work done. In retirement it was a pleasure to see him so often at monthly retiree breakfasts! I was saddened to hear his last years were so difficult. My condolences to Don's family.
