My condolences to the DeWaal family in the loss of a their Mother and Oma. It was an honour and privilege to work with Adriana at Elmridge, as she was a wonderful role model. I remember how professional and passionate she was about teaching. I'll never forget how hard she worked teaching her grade 2 students to feel the rhythm and dance to the music "Tequila", they were fantastic! She shared her war time memories of her home town being liberated by Canadian soldiers at the end of WW2 and made Remebrance Day meaningful and memorable. I will always think of her when I see tulips.
