Obituary of Pierre Grant

In the early morning of December 29th, 2021, at the age of 68, we are sad to announce that Pierre Grant passed away peacefully in his sleep after a short stay in the hospital following a stroke. He was the loved father of Kimberly (James), proud grandpa to Rochelle and Evelyn, loving brother to Lucille (Claude),

Lorraine (late Gary), Lyse (Al), and Danielle (Dan). He will also be remembered by many nephews, nieces, close friends, and past colleagues. Pierre was highly regarded as a devoted public service employee for the RCMP for over 47 years. He was a previous member of the LaSalle Cadets, and taught color guard drills and exercises in Ottawa. He was also part of a drumming line later in his life. Pierre was a person of humility, integrity, humor, and patience. He was a stellar man, one of the good ones, and will be deeply missed by everyone. Thank you to the nurses at the Civic Hospital and the Montfort Hospital for their kind care.
