Obituary of Bruce McLean

Duncan Bruce Ian McLean

1954 - 2021

 

 

Bruce McLean aged 67 years passed away suddenly on Dec 28th, 2021 at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Bruce was born in Collingwood, Ontario, the son of Thomas and Ethel McLean. 

 

Bruce will be remembered for his kind nature and thoughtfulness, as well as his ready sense of humour. Bruce was an optimist who saw the best in people and was always willing to lend a hand where he could.

 

He is survived by his sister Inga Siple (Michael) and sister Ann Nesbitt (Dwight). He will be fondly remembered by his nieces Barbara (Cory), Karen (Steve), Michelyn (Dar), and their families.

 

Bruce was predeceased by his parents and his brother Richard McLean. He was also predeceased by his faithful dog, Fred.

 

He will be interred in Collingwood at a later date.
