"Promoted to Glory" after a short illness in Ottawa Civic Hospital. Cherished husband of Caroline (née Bamford) for 65+ wonderful years, loving father of Stephen, Michael, Kathryn McLeod (Randy), Richard, and Krista Grakist. Super cool grandfather of Krystal, Karla, Colton, David, Pamela, Adam, Kiersten, Joshua, Spencer, Reynold, Delena, and Arielle. Great grandfather of ten.

Predeceased by his parents Reginald and Daisy (Rowland), brother Bryan, and sister Dorothy. Will be deeply missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and fire fighters.

Visitation at Cole Funeral Services, Baseline Road, Ottawa on Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. A "Celebration of Life" will be held at Cedarview Alliance Church, 2784 Cedarview Road, Nepean on March 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
