Ruby was one of my best friends and my daughters all thought of her as their great-gigi. She was a part of our lives from the time we moved across the street from her about 13 years ago. So many amazing memories - the Nan-Cave, Skip-Bo, conversations, hugs. She always welcomed you with a smile and was interested in everything that was going on in the neighbourhood and in her family's and friends' lives. We all were truly blessed to know such a kind, friendly and interesting woman. Carla, Veronica, Natalia, Rick and I will miss her. I know she'll be praying the rosary for all her friends and family up in heaven.
