Obituary of Dr. Marek Dobrowolski

May 26, 1946 - April 22, 2022

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Dr. Marek Dobrowolski of Lublin, Poland on April 22nd, 2022, in Ottawa, at the age of 75.

Marek left behind his wife of 52 years Ryśia, beloved children Izabela (Guy Cliche Jr.), Iwona (Rob Cordeiro) and Piotr, and most cherished granddaughters Gabriela, Olivia, and Ella. He joins his parents Alicja and Wacław Dobrowolski.

He was a great, respected man loved by many and will be missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to pay respects at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre – 2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Funeral to take place Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Saint Hyacinth Roman Catholic Polish Church - 201 Lebreton St N, Ottawa at 11:00 a.m. Interment and reception to follow back at Pinecrest Cemetery.
