Obituary of Doris E. Lee

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Doris Lee at the age of 88 at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital in Ottawa after a brief illness on June 16, 2023.

Doris was predeceased by her parents, Elsie & Thomas Luyben, her husband Bill Lee, son Glenn Lee, sister Maxine Wells, brothers Roy and Garry Luyben and partner Jim Ford. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Leonov (Heldur), son Robert Lee (Ronna) and her brother Bruce Luyben (Norma). She is the much loved grandmother of Andrew (Tiffany), Adam (Meaghan), Samantha, Jordan (Holly), Alison (Matt), Ryan (Tabitha), Michael and William.  Also, great grandmother to Parker, Tate, Knox and Sloan.  She will be missed by many nieces and nephews and cherished friends.

Doris was foremost a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She was also a world traveller, loved to go on cruises and loved to golf.

Doris has been cremated and a celebration of life will be held in Ottawa, ON at a later date.
