Judith Orange

Obituary of Judith Orange

Judy passed away peacefully at home as she wanted surrounded by family and friends. Daughter of the late Marjorie and William E. Orange and sister to the late Bev Pick (Herman) and Corie Clemens (Dave). She is survived by her brother William (Molly) and James (Barbara) Orange plus many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews who loved Judy.

After graduation Judy started her life as a nurse in Winnipeg, then became a teacher after teachers college, she started teaching on the Indian Reserve near Owen Sound she tried one more career move as a cytologist before she found her true love of the land and became a market gardener. I don’t think Judy missed a Saturday at the Carp Market selling her fruits, vegetables and wares. All of the dogs that I have owned loved her wholesome dog biscuits.

Judy’s legacy will be remembered for warmth, kindness and generosity. She will forever remain in our hearts and continue to inspire us.

A special thanks to Doctor Ray at the Almonte Hospital and the tender loving care from the Doctor from M.A.I.D.

Funeral will be a family affair, thank you
