Gail was a dear friend of almost 50 years. As young student nurses as the Ottawa Civic Hospital, we lived together, learned together, worked together and ate together. This created an in breakable bond that endured through different pathways in life, long absences, and devastating losses. Whenever we met again, we picked up where we left off as if no time had passed. I treasure Gail’s memory and so miss being able to pick up the phone to have a deep conversation and many belly laughs. Rest in peace, Gail.
