Dear Bob and Cheryl,
Unfortunately you are now part of the same group that Michel and I (Suzanne Paris - worked at Micom in the first years) no parents want to be part of: the loss of a child. I just saw Susan’s memorial service and was not surprised how loved she was. I was so touched. She was surrounded by love from the day she was born and by the sounds of it had a great family from both sides. Michel and I feel your pain and if you ever have the need to speak to us, we are here for the both of you. May your memories of this beautiful child help you through your grief.

I am sorry to learn of Susan's passing. I am blessed to have known Susan during our time in High School. I always admired how Susan was a light to everyone around her and had a smile that could brighten anyone's darkest day. It is no wonder she shared her positivity and love in her adult life as well. It was apparent all those years ago, Sue cared deeply about people close to her and was genuine and intentional in her relationships but none the less treated everyone who crossed her path with dignity and respect. I'd like to think, her million-dollar smile will be held in the hearts of many. Gone too soon, but not forgotten. Blessings to family and friends.

My greatest condolences to all of Susan's family and friends, I hope you find comfort in one another. Like many, I was incredibly saddened to hear of Susan's passing. We grew up together. Elementary to high school, sleepovers to house parties. As it sounds now, it was then as well - Susan held her friends close. We evolved and grew as people. Sue's an important part of my young life and I am grateful for our time together. We had many formative experiences, and made and shared many memories over those years. Susan was an integral part of my life and will forever remain alive in my memories.
I'm happy we had the chance to grow up together, Sue.
I smile hearing of all the love that surrounded Susan in her later life, and take comfort in that gift.
And to Saam's story -
I've been that woman in the observation area. I hope I was also lucky enough to have compassion like Susan's in the room.
Love you
Amber Batho

My thoughts are with Susan’s family and friends. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I feel so grateful to have met Susan in 2014 during our event management program. I have so many great memories from our trip to Montenegro and working together at Algonquin College. Susan was an incredible friend, classmate, mentor, and supervisor – she was always kind, non-judgemental, and positive. Susan made a huge impact on me and I am forever grateful.

It is with a heavy heart that I extend my deepest condolences to all who loved and cherished Susan Pridmore. Susan was not just a colleague at Algonquin College but a beacon of kindness and care in every space she entered.
Susan had the rare gift of making everyone she interacted with feel seen and heard, dedicating her time and energy to ensure no one was left behind. Her warmth radiated, touching the lives of many, leaving us with memories as bright and uplifting as the smile she shared so generously. It's hard to imagine our college without her; she was an integral part of our community and culture.
As we mourn the loss of such a remarkable soul, let us also celebrate the indelible mark she has left on our hearts and our community. She may have left this world, but she will never be forgotten. Her light continues to guide us, reminding us of the beauty of making space and time for others.
In remembering Susan, let's honor her memory by embodying the qualities she exemplified every day. Let us be kind, let us be caring, and let us make time for others, just as she did. Susan's smile and her spirit will forever be a part of Algonquin College, remembered not just in our minds, but felt deeply in our hearts.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Matt

Heartfelt Condolences to Saam , Susan’s family, friends , work team, and colleague's.
I worked with Susan at Algonquin as a Collaborator, Team mate, and Supervisor. Susan approached everything with a smile and positive energy. There could be many negative things surrounding her, and she took no notice, always deciding living her life on the positive track, and demonstrating kindness and empathy towards others.
All of that goodness grows exponentially, in the people she had such warm interactions with. She leaves us with the same choice, to live with a smile on your face , and give kindness to those around you. This is Susan’s legacy.

I worked with Sue at Algonquin College as a fellow events Manager. She also used to come to my fitness classes at Goodlife Fitness and I remember thinking the first time she came to my class, how athletic and driven she was! She just unleashed this amazing, powerful energy. I was so shocked to read about her passing. It’s truly upsetting and she will be missed but not forgotten. My condolences to her entire family.

I was lucky enough to work with Susan for a number of years at Algonquin College. Her infectious smile, and positive attitude was always something I loved. She always wanted the best for everyone, and was not only incredibly talented are her job, but an incredible person.
I saw Susan a little over a year ago, I was working at a coffee shop, with my dog at my feet. She grabbed a coffee and we chatted for a bit, the whole time, my dogs head was in her lap, we always talked about dogs, our love for the cottage country, and pizza. She will be missed by so many, and made such a impact during her time here. All my love to her friends and family.

Sue was my boss on the events team at Algonquin. Sue led our team with strength, grace, and humility and she always went out of her way to make me feel appreciated and important. She was brilliant at her job and taught me so much. I will always be grateful for her leadership. When I first got a puppy, she asked me everyday about him, and we bonded over our shared love of dogs. She also talked about her love of wine and pizza a lot, which we also connected over. She was not only incredibly talented at her job, but also hilarious, kind, generous, and loving. Sue will be deeply, deeply missed by the entire Algonquin College community, and especially by the Event Queens.
