Obituary of Beverley Kennedy
KENNEDY, BEVERLEY “BEV” JEAN (née WELLS). Born in Guelph, ON, passed away suddenly on August 9th in her 76th year in Almonte, ON. Survived by son Blake (Erin), grandson Graham, and sister Virginia (Randy) and nephew Bill. Predeceased by father Stanley and mother Grace of Guelph.
Bev grew up in Guelph and worked as an ESL teacher, mostly at Paisley’s Road P.S. Afterwords, she managed medical offices in Hamilton and Brantford, before retiring to focus on her most cherished profession of all - full-time grandmother. She relocated to Carp, ON so she could remain close to her family, whom she adored and who will greatly miss her.
A celebration of life service will be held at Hillside Reformed Presbyterian Church at 273 Almonte St in Almonte, ON, on Thursday, August 22nd 2024, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Almonte General Hospital in appreciation for all their efforts would be appreciated.
