Obituary of Ream Horn

Ream Horn, beloved husband of Noun Phin, passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 at 9:41 AM at the age of 55 after an arduous and courageous battle with cancer. 

He was the cherished father of Rianna, Sophaneth, and Sophorn and demonstrated unwavering, unconditional love to all his children.  Ream will be lovingly remembered as someone who would sacrifice his time and energy wholeheartedly to help out any friend or stranger in need. Friends will remember Ream as the life of the party and he always went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great time.  People naturally gravitated towards him for his witty humour and positive energy.

Above all else, he valued and loved his wife and all of his children. 

Friends are invited to Cole Funeral Services at Pinecrest Cemetery, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa, on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 9:30 am until time of Service in the Chapel on Saturday at 11 am.
