Obituary of Leonard Horbik

It is with great sadness we announce the death of Leonard Horbik at the age of 72 who passed away suddenly at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. 

Leonard is preceded in death by his parents Anatoly and Margareta Horbik.  Leonard leaves behind his loving wife Marney daughter Natalie and son Andy (Lia). 

He will be greatly missed by his surviving siblings, Larry (Sophie), Victor, and Loretta.  Lovingly remembered by many sister and brother in laws, nieces and nephews. 

Leonard you were an amazing husband, a wonderful father, a true friend too many and a great fishing partner.

I don’t know what I am going to miss more your stupid jokes or your crazy fishing stories.

I know there are no goodbyes between us.  Wherever you are, you will always be in my heart.  I will love you forever, Marney.

Friends and family are invited to a visit at Cole Funeral Services & Pinecrest Remembrance on Sunday, November 24 2024 from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00pm.
