Janet and John and their 4 lovey children lived across the street from us on Stable Way. They came to our parties and we always enjoyed chatting out front. Janet gave me the best advice when my children were small and I felt overwhelmed. She told me to enjoy every minute as these years are so short. I always think of that advice she gave me. Always thought of her even though I moved away so long ago. My sincere condolences to her beautiful family. Ann Lapierre

Auntie Janet was the best! She would take me to the cottage and ill never forget learning to plant flowers from her or that time she picked up a hitchhiker and brought her to Kaz. She said she reminded her of aunt Lena. Another time I went to visit her and a squirrel got in her apartment hahah watching her chase it out was comical! Aunt Janet knew how to love me and give me shit when I deserved it. To me that’s how you know you’re close :). When I was 4 I didn’t want to to PEI with my family because I swore Aunt Janet already took me there. Perhaps in another life but one year for Christmas she got me an Ann of Green Gabels Notebook and pen and wrote “in memory of our trip to PEI” LOL. I still have it. I will miss her dearly and will never ever forget her kindness and happy personality.
