I worked with Mark at the Shepherds, knew him for 4 or 5 years until I left in 2021. He often worked the TESP program in the basement and we talked a lot, we shared a love of snooker. He told me that he made a century one time, that is something you have to be a very good player to do that. He was super good with the clients, I always said that the facilities workers were the most important people there, the place would fall apart in 24 hours without them. I send my condolences to family and friends and am thankful for having known Mark,
