Obituary of Mark Jason Lambert
It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Mark Jason Lambert at the age of 59 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital.
Mark is survived by his wife, Deborah Ann Owen of Ottawa, his son Tyler James Lambert of Ottawa, his mother Eileen Lambert at Carveth Care in Gananoque, and siblings Tina Richards (Lambert) of Prescott, Cindy Lambert-Grebinger of Greenbush and Gregory Lambert of Kingston. He was predeceased in death by his father Judson Lambert of Brockville.
Mark was born July 22nd, 1964 in Ottawa and at the age of five moved to Kapuskasing to become part of the Lambert family. After completing his high school, he moved back to Ottawa and worked as a Property Superintendent for a large building complex. This is where he met his wife of 33 years, Deborah. Looking for a new start, they relocated to St. John, New Brunswick. However, not long after Deborah gave birth to their son Tyler, they returned to Ottawa to be closer to the family. At the time of his death, Mark worked for the Shepherds of Good Hope in Ottawa as a Facility Coordinator and became a strong advocate for the underprivileged and homeless in the Ottawa area.
A private Celebration of Life will take place. In Mark’s memory, donations to the Shepherds of Good Hope would be greatly appreciated.
