You can add "A Wonderfully Special Aunt" to the list of cherished roles of mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Such a warm soul filled with love, consideration, humor, resilience, compassion, thoughtfulness, kindness, quick wit to name just a few. And I have a memory associated with each. She leaves behind deep footprints in the hearts of so many. Thank you Aunt Brenda for all the wonderful times and the friendship and love you shared with us and especially with your "sister" my mom Suzanne. She loved you so much and you were so special to her. I hope you two are making up for lost time now and enjoying the laughter you shared down here. I can just hear it! While my heart breaks for the loss your family now has to navigate through without you, my heart smiles knowing what richness you shared with them all. You will never be forgotten.
